How should I maintain my valves and fittings?
Inspect and clean valves and fittings regularly in line with the manufacturer’s instructions. Use a soft cloth and a suitable mild cleaner where appropriate, and avoid chemicals that may damage seals, coatings or finishes. Maintenance requirements vary by valve, medium and operating conditions.
Do you offer project or trade pricing?
Yes. Send the specification, quantities and required timescale and Valves4You Ltd will prepare a tailored quotation for the application.
Can you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, subject to the destination and product. Send the delivery location and product details and we will confirm available options, costs, documentation and estimated lead times.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Goods are covered against qualifying defects for 12 months under the Valves4You Ltd Terms & Conditions. Any product-specific manufacturer cover or exclusions will be confirmed in the quotation or order documentation.
What is your returns policy?
Request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be unused and in resalable condition. Contact us with the order number and reason before sending anything back so acceptance, the return address and any applicable collection or restocking charge can be confirmed. Bespoke or specially sourced items may not be returnable.
How can I track an order after dispatch?
Tracking details will be shared where the carrier provides them. If you have not received tracking information, send us the order number and we will provide the latest available update.
Can you supply bespoke or non-standard valve solutions?

Can you help replace an obsolete or unusual valve?
Yes. Send photographs, nameplate or model information, dimensions, connection details, medium, pressure and temperature. We can help identify an equivalent or advise whether a bespoke solution is more appropriate.
What information helps you prepare an accurate quotation?
Include the valve type, size, connection, pressure, temperature, medium, concentration, material, actuation requirements, quantity and any required approvals or certifications.
Can you advise on suitable alternatives?
Yes. If the exact part is unavailable or the best route is unclear, share the application details and we can suggest a suitable equivalent or alternative configuration.
